When you sign up through our website, we schedule a product demo and learn more about your team and priorities. We will explain how our platform works and key benefits. Based on that information, you will choose the product module that is best suited for your requirements. When you are ready to onboard your team, we will set you up within a week!

Login for the first time and setting up your account

When you log in to Flyte for the first time, you will be taken to the "Calls" page. This page will initially be empty with a “Search” box. Click on the “Profile” section at the bottom of the left sidebar and you will be taken to your "Profile" where you can change your password and connect your Flyte account with other apps using the "Integration" link.

Click on the "Integrations" link and connect with the apps that are approved for your organization. For example, when you click on the "Connect" button under Zoom app, you will be redirected to the Zoom authorization page where you can allow Flyte app to connect with your Zoom account. You can similarly connect with Hubspot, Outlook, Slack or Salesforce etc. Once your Zoom account is connected with Flyte app, all your recorded and upcoming meetings would appear in the "Recordings" section.

Capturing Zoom or Teams recordings and generating AI powere notes


Recording your calls

Once your Zoom account is connected with Flyte, all your client calls would be recorded automatically by Flyte! You will see a prompt every time you are on a client call letting everyone know that the call is being recorded. If for any reason, you didn't see an automated prompt through Flyte, go ahead and click on the "Record" button on your Zoom or Teams app, and Flyte will capture your call notes and export them into your CRM. Note that you need to be the call organizer to be able to capture call notes through Flyte.

Speaking of conversational AI, let's experiment if Flyte is able to assign speaker names automatically! Say your name like "Hi, I'm Sam" or "Hey, my name is Brandon" during your calls and Flyte will be able to assign names to each speaker in all your notes and insights! Isn't it cool!

Flyte AI powered notes

Share and export AI powered notes

Flyte not only creates customizable AI powered notes but also automatically captures next steps, questions and data points.

If you want to share meeting notes with your clients or your colleagues, go to the "Calls" section from the sidebar and click on the "Export" icon on the top bar. Click on the "Link" icon to copy the link. Note that anyone who receives the link should have access to Flyte platform to be able to open the link. We do not allow anyone who is not authorized to your company data to read any of your content for security reasons. You can also copy the entire notes, directly email to yourself or sync with CRM (in case you changed the auto-generated notes in the notes window).

Flyte has a 2-way sync with your CRM so in case you edit your notes in Flyte, you can click on "Sync with Hubspot" or "Sync with Salesforce" to update the notes in your CRM or if you choose to edit Account or Deal information in your CRM, Flyte will update the latest details at its end as well. Super easy to maintain your CRM updated!

As a sales leader, call insights (sentiment, talk time, engagement level, topic level analysis) and competitive intelligence can help you understand what's going on in your customer's mind at any point in time and help you build the right strategy to tackle objections/questions coming up in every sales call. You will be able to see individual call's competitive and product insights in the "Calls" tab under "INSIGHTS" section.

If you are looking for the trends on how your team is performing over a period of time or how your customers are mentioning your competitors & product features - click on "Analytics" tab from the sidebar and explore deeper insights on a daily, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis! Flyte pipeline view and deal intelligence

Find out the reasons behind closed-won or closed-lost deals! Address all the red flags in advance to improve your success rates!

This is a premium feature that is available in our "Plus" and "Enterprise" packages. You will be able to see your pipeline view, conversion rates, revenue forecast and deal risks at every stage of the pipeline. We've put a lot of thought into building this module to make sure all the elements responsible for a deal success or failure are accounted for while highlighting the risks and revenue forecast for every deal.

The "Revenue Forecasting" tab on the sidebar lets you see the pipeline and revenue forecast for every rep as well as for the entire organization. Click on the "Deal Intelligence" tab from the sidebar and then select the "Account" and "Deal" to learn about the every deal performance and associated risks.

Profile Management


"Profile" section at the bottom left pane helps you access "Change Password" and "Integrations" pages.


Upgrade your account

If you decide to upgrade your account, you need to let us know at support@flyteai.com and we will help you upgrade your organization on a higher tier.

Change or reset your password

You can change your password from within the Flyte app by going to the "Profile" tab and clicking on "Change Password". You may also Logout from Flyte application and click on "Forgot Password" to change your password. In case you face any issues, please send an email to support@flyteai.com.


Deactivate your account

If you choose to deactivate your account, please let us know by emailing at support@flyteai.com and we will deactivate select users or all users (depending on your requirement) under your organization. You can reach out to us at support@flyteai.com in case you wish to completely delete your account.
