Flyte allows you to upload an audio or a video without any dependency on a conferencing platform
Here are simple steps to upload an audio:
1) After you login, click on 'Notebook' section on the left hand side navigation bar
2) Click on the 'Add Notes' link in the middle of the screen
2) Choose a type of meeting (i.e., Client call, Interview/Q&A)
3) You will see a record and a upload button - click upload
4) Upload an audio using the Upload button (make sure your audio is at least 2 minutes long for Flyte to create legible notes). If you want to use Zoom audio files to create notes, make sure you adjust your Zoom settings to save all the audio files on your computer. If you are saving your Zoom audios in cloud, then you will have to download them first and then upload in Flyte. Normally Zoom audio files are saved under Documents > Zoom.
5) Note that there is a limit of up to 75MB of audio file which is equivalent to almost an hour long call for a single upload (free trial allows up to 60 minutes duration audio file)
6) Add meeting title in the subsequent screen and click on Upload button
7) Wait for a while until the upload is completed (it takes a few seconds to upload an audio)
8) After upload is done, you will be directed to Notebook section where your notes would be 'in progress'
9) It takes almost half of the duration of your meeting for Flyte to create notes! Enjoy your meetings!
